Spicy Vegan Ramen

This delicious beauty bowl feeds one appetite.

DIRECTIONS

Prepare ramen according to package instructions. Add oriental flavor packet at the end. Separate and place noodles in a deep serving bowl and set broth aside to add later.

In a large skillet, heat the sesame seed oil over medium heat. Sauté broccoli, carrot, and mushrooms. After about two minutes add fresh minced ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook about 8 more minutes or until desired tenderness achieved.

Once vegetables are done cooking add on top of the ramen in your serving bowl. Next, add remaining broth to the bowl (typically enough to just barely cover the noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and Sriracha for a little heat (optional).

SERVE. ENJOY!
