Directions
Cook Orzo pasta in slightly salted water for about 9 minutes. Heat frozen peas in the microwave. Drain pasta and peas and add to mixing bowl. Add in mini peppers and spinach. Mix until spinach wilts. Once the mixture has cooled a bit use all the righthand ingredients to make the pasta salad dressing. Add 1 tsp of sugar if you prefer your pasta salad on the sweeter side. Add fresh green onions to garnish and enjoy!
